Misr Italia has partnered with Amir Fayo, the owner of Maison 69 and a NY-based brand architect, to curate an immersive lifestyle experience.
The community is intentionally low-density, consisting of only 5 residential blocks. The low rise buildings (max 3.5 floors) feature grand terraces, split level living, double height volumes, and skylights to maximize natural light and views.
